Terms & Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is damaged in shipment. Great pride is taken in the quality and craftsmanship of Dawson Morgan Ceramic Works of Art. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is a priority.  Care is taken to photograph each piece accurately, but due to differences in monitor color calibration, resolution, etc. no guarantee is made that your artwork will look identical to the images on your screen.

We carefully inspect your original ceramic artwork prior to shipment. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, please first contact the shipper as each package is insured. All sales are final so please be certain about dimensions and decor options prior to ordering.
